More fountain pictures...and Bye!!

Aislynn was finger painting, and got MUCH more paint on her than the paper:)Then I taught her how to make handprints, which she loved:) I took Aislynn to the fountains again today, she had so much fun! We had the fountains all to ourselves, I can tell the tourists are going away... Here are a few cards and layouts...

We are leaving tomorrow to go to Las Vegas for a week, so wish us luck with Aislynn on the plane! It will be so good to see Shaun's family out there and to visit our old stomping grounds! I will maybe update when we are out there, but I will try to post pictures from our trip as soon as we get back. Take care!!!

LOTS of pictures...

Just warning you that this is a gigantic post! I took Aislynn to play in some fountains that are in a shopping center by us (where Kilwins is!) and took a zillion pictures and I just like so many of them that I had to share them all...can you tell she had fun:)

All that splashing around made her sooo tired, and she actually took a nap! I peeked in on her and she was sleeping so cute, so when I went to get the camera and came back, she was awake. I set the ISO at 1600 and the shutter speed was 1/10, and the only light I had was the hall light, so I think it came out good!Exploring one of the many super nice neighborhoods around here that have hardly any houses built in them.I LOVE this one-one of my fave pics ever I think!Here is a page I made during Aislynn's nap! It looks like Tropical Storm Fay is going to rain on us, it's silly path has pretty much affected/will affect everyone we know in FL, grrr... So the next few days/this weekend are going to be rainy for us.

Action...

The lesson for this week of the photography class is shutter speed, so here are my (weak) attempts-I shot all of these on Shutter priority mode. In the top pictures, it was REALLY bright outside. This picture cracks me up, babe has got some air!! I would like this one IF there were no cars in the background:( Aislynn likes headbands again:)

We had a slow weekend, but this week should be busy! Here

Big Girl Bed...

Aislynn is officially a big girl. Well, according to her she is a baby, and she sleeps in a "baby" bed. I set up her twin bed and the crib is in storage. At first she kept getting out of bed, but last night she stayed in her bed the whole night. Here are some pictures, and as usual, I like them all so there is a lot to share:)

This one os a little blurry, but you can't tell as much in the black and white, and I love her smile here:) Her bed has a headboard with shelves that her friends sleep on:) This is her dramatic face. This is usually what she does when we tell her to do something she doesn't want to do, and she usually says "But Mom..." That's all for now!

Hello!

Here are a few pictures we got tonight. Haven't been taking out the camera out much this week, so I made up for it tonight:)

Could not get Aislynn to look at me, I finally got her to smile-but she wouldn't look at the camera!! Here we go-a look AND a sort-of smile:) The sunset from tonight! Love this picture! There was a fountain with a marlin and dolphins at the plaza where we ate dinner (that is what Aislynn is loooking at). When we were leaving-Aislynn said "Bye dolphins, bye fishy marlin!" Hope everyone's week is going well!!
