more february my scrapbook nook and a fashionista

Lately Aislynn has been wanting to pick out her outfits herself. Normally I put out her clothes on the weeknights, and she comes up with her own creation on the weekends. But this day she wanted to make her own outfit. She has been going through a phase where she wants to wear dresses and skirts all the time (particularly this pink twirl skirt!). Since it is cold outside she has to wear pants, so she put this outfit together herself. It's hard to see, but her shirt is purple...and there is no purple anywhere else, so it doesn't match. I don't care though..I love it! I remember wanting to pick out my own outfits when I was little too...it's fun to express yourself through clothing!
and some more projects with the February Kit from My Scrapbook Nook:
Made With Love...about the blanket I made Aislynn for Christmas and how she snuggles with it all the time:)  I used the main kit plus add-ons for this...and I snapped this picture yesterday too, how's that for turn around time?
Some detailed shots:

Hope everyone has a fantastic weekend!!

Lily used to do that too! She would pick out dresses every day and would get mad when I made her wear tights or pants under them! Heehee...It's a girl thing!

Love the cards and new layout! Breathtaking!

Wow! This little girl looks ready to visit Chicago! Granted we would have to get her some furry, tall boots and some warm PURPLE mittens! ;)

I love all that you have put out with the kit! I love the topic of the LO!!

She is growing up quick! Next thing you know, she is going to be advising you on what to wear. Nice job on the cards.
