A Week in the Life: Tuesday

Playing on the floor after breakfast Aislynn feeding her baby, Anka (what she named it!) Us both feeding our babies:)
This picture cracks me up because she has been doing this for the last week or so...reading while she is on the potty. And she HAS to finish the book even if she is done going, lol.
Serious bags under my eyes...must get more sleep.
Taking a walk. Anka had to come with us.
These blocks had to come with us too.
Found some dandelions on the walk.
I took this with my other arm, not looking. I was trying to block K from getting our Chutes and Ladders game.
Aislynn doesn't quite get it...she thinks it's fun to go down the chutes:) After ballet, eating a snack...she looks grumpy... A stop at the grocery store after ballet. These last 2 were taken with my phone.
BBQ chicken salad for dinner (romaine, tomatoes, black beans, corn, colby cheese, bbq chicken, onion, cucumber, with a little ranch and bbq sauce drizzled on top-this is so yummy, but best in the summer when corn is in season and sweet!)
Eating tiny ravioli...I found these at a health foods store Monday and they were a big hit with the kids!
After the bath...I let him munch on his toothbrush, and this makes him content, so he doesn't try to flip over and escape getting dressed, lol!
Reading Dad a bedtime story.
After the kiddos were in bed:)

Quotes from today:

  • I take Fenugreek to help with my milk supply and Aislynn calls them milk vitamins. She asked me if my milk vitamins would help make milk in her chest so that she could feed Anka.
  • On our walk, she asked me if I heard stomping in the woods. It was a t-rex. When I suggested we should keep moving then, she said it was a nice one.
  • When Shaun was going to get the grill ready for the chicken, Aislynn wanted to help because "helping Dad grill is one of my favorite things to do with Dad."
